Terms & Conditions

By booking a trip with Ascender Adventures, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payments

  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before the communicated deadline.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

All payments indicate acceptance of our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Participant Responsibility

By joining a trip, you confirm that:

  • You are physically and mentally fit to participate in trekking or travel activities.

  • You understand that trekking in mountainous and remote regions involves inherent risks.

  • You will follow instructions given by trip leaders and guides at all times.

Ascender Adventures reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior compromises safety, group harmony, or operational discipline. No refund will apply in such cases.

3. Assumption of Risk

Adventure travel includes risks such as:

  • Weather changes

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Road blockages or landslides

  • Altitude sickness or medical emergencies

By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

4. Itinerary Changes

Trip itineraries may change due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Government regulations

  • Road or flight disruptions

  • Safety considerations

Ascender Adventures reserves the right to modify routes, accommodations, or schedules in the interest of safety and smooth operations.

5. Permits & Documentation

For restricted zone treks, participants must provide required documents on time. Delays in document submission may result in cancellation without refund of non-recoverable costs.

Participants are responsible for ensuring the validity of their CNIC, passport, visa, and other required documents.

6. Medical & Emergency

Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before the trip.

In case of emergency evacuation or additional medical assistance, all related costs will be borne by the participant unless covered by insurance.

7. Liability Limitation

Ascender Adventures acts as an organizer and facilitator for transport, accommodation, permits, and logistics. We are not liable for:

  • Actions or failures of third-party service providers

  • Delays caused by weather or government authorities

  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings

8. Use of Media

Photographs and videos taken during trips may be used by Ascender Adventures for promotional purposes unless a participant requests otherwise in writing.

9. Acceptance

Booking a trip with Ascender Adventures confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
